Scholenda Consulting Inc. is led by our Co-Founder & Principal Consultant, Seember Susan Aondoakura (PhD), a legal scholar and researcher specialising in the Women, Peace and Security Agenda, Peace Operations and the Laws of Armed Conflict. Her work sits at the intersection of international law, human security, and global policy — examining how legal norms are shaped, translated, and lived by the communities they govern. Her work employs critical theoretical approaches that critique the workings of law in the context and dynamics of human security in international law and policy.
Qualified to practise law in Nigeria and shaped by university teaching, legal advocacy, and civil litigation, she brings scholarly depth and applied judgment to every engagement.
